• Service Providers: We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as data hosting and technical support.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

• Our app requires access to your photo library to allow you to select and upload photos to personalize your user profile and share images within the community. This access is essential for enabling features such as creating photo-based content and enhancing your user experience by allowing you to showcase your photos. The images you select will be used solely within the app and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

You have the right to access, update, or to delete the personal information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

Our app collects the following types of data:

• Facial Recognition Data: Face data is retained for a maximum of 1 month from the user's last login. This retention period is chosen to ensure that users have a seamless experience when accessing the app frequently while also safeguarding their privacy. By limiting the storage duration, we minimize the risk associated with storing biometric data for extended periods. If the user does not log in within this 1-month period, the face data will be automatically deleted from our servers. This policy is in place to comply with best practices for data privacy and security, ensuring that sensitive information is not kept indefinitely and reducing potential vulnerabilities. Storing face data indefinitely is not appropriate as it poses significant privacy and security risks. By having a clear and limited retention period, we aim to balance the functionality of our app with the protection of our users' personal information.

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• User Authentication: Facial recognition data is used exclusively to authenticate users and ensure secure access to the app.
• Security: By using facial recognition, we enhance the security of user accounts and protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.

We are committed to protecting user privacy and do not share facial recognition data with any third parties. The data collected is used solely for internal purposes as described in Section Data Use.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

• Retention Period: Facial recognition data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active account with our application.
• Data Deletion: Upon account deactivation or deletion, all associated facial recognition data will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. We may also provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification directly).
